Fran O'Neal Bio

Fran’s professional life has been as an Organization Development consultant, an area of management consulting that is focused on the human and behavioral aspects of work in the organizational setting.

In doing this work, he has helped organizations of every size with strategy planning, personal and organizational assessment, leadership education, team building, culture change, and one-to-one coaching. Fran has a very personal and lasting commitment to helping people achieve a full measure of their spiritual, emotional, and intellectual development.

Fran is a recovering “learnaholic” who is endlessly fascinated with the study of human behavior. But he is also a businessman who works closely with the Kathy O’Neal Team to help it stay on the creative edge of real estate service. He received his Ed.D. (Doctor of Education) in Human Resource Development from The George Washington University and has been actively involved as a practitioner of applied organizational and individual performance improvement for over three decades.
